Return / Refund / Exchange Policy
- At Radha Kishori , every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention.
We request you to kindly review our return and exchange guidelines before placing an order.
Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 2 days of delivery.
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection at our store, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines thereafter will depend on the courier partner and location.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- A box opening video and clear images are mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
Exchange delievery will be done within 8-10 days .
Manufacturing Defects
- In case of a genuine manufacturing defect, please share the box opening video and images within 2 days of delivery.
- Once verified, reverse pickup charges will be waived.
- If no defect is found after inspection, standard return/exchange charges will apply.
Exchange Policy
- You may exchange the product for:
- The same design in a different size, or any other available product.
- If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.
- In case the requested size or product is unavailable, our team will assist you with the best possible alternative.
Return & Exchange Charge
- Return Fee: ₹300 per order

Exchange Fee: ₹100 per order
(Covers reverse pickup and logistics costs)
Processing Timeline
- Once the product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account shared by the customer.
Important Notes
- Products purchased using discount codes or credit vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange.
